Switzerland

Free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–5 working days with Swiss Post. You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves our Zürich workshop.

Europe

We ship to 26 countries in the European Union. Delivery takes 5–10 working days. Shipping is CHF 15, and free above our current free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Norway or Liechtenstein. If you are in one of these countries, write to us and we will look for a solution.

Customs duties and VAT for EU deliveries

Parcels are sent from Switzerland, which is outside the EU customs union. For deliveries to the EU, import VAT and customs charges are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Since 1 July 2026 the EU applies a flat customs fee per product category on low-value imports in addition to local VAT. Your carrier will contact you with the exact amount before delivery.

Returns

You may return an unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can issue a return reference. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover the full cost and send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
